What are the hotel’s arrival and departure times?
The arrival time to the room is from 15:00, and leaving the room is until 12:00; the hotel staff will be at your disposal and will do everything necessary to consider the guests’ needs
How many meals are served at the hotel?
At the hotel’s”Marva” restaurant, we serve three meals a day in the morning, lunch, and dinner with a varied menu according to the accommodation basis of your choice
Is the food at the hotel kosher?
The food is kosher under the supervision of the Haifa Rabbinate
Is the Hotel Dairy?
The hotel is dairy and serves fish; our dishes are rich and made from fresh, high-quality ingredients
Is there a connection to Netflix?
The rooms have smart TVs with a wide range of channels you can connect from your room to Netflix, so just make sure you don’t forget to disconnect it when you leave the hotel
Is there a parking arrangement at the hotel?
Guests of the “Yaara” Suite will be provided with free parking on the hotel grounds, and the rest will be provided with parking on a first-come, first-served basis
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event that the cancellation is made within 14 days of placing the order, the entire advance payment will be refunded and the customer will be charged a handling fee of 100 NIS.
If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the estimated arrival date, the customer will be charged 25% of the reservation value.
In the event of non-arrival at the hotel without a cancellation notice, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation value.
