Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a hotel reservation made on the website in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”), in any of the ways detailed below (a customer service representative will get back to you to continue the process of canceling the reservation).

A customer wishing to notify the hotel of a reservation cancellation must provide the following details: full name, ID number, hotel reservation dates, purchase date, and contact information. In any case of a transaction cancellation, the company may also require the customer to present a copy of the invoice proving that the transaction was carried out with the company, or any other evidence, to the company’s satisfaction, regarding the execution of the transaction, its date, the amount paid, and the method of payment.
If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the booking date but at least 7 business days before the scheduled hotel room date, the reservation will be canceled without any cancellation fees, and any deposit paid, if applicable, will be fully refunded to the customer. In the event of a cancellation under these conditions, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the total booking amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
If the customer cancels the reservation up to 48 hours before the reservation date, the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount.
If the customer cancels the reservation up to 24 hours before the booking date, or does not arrive at the hotel on the booking date, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
Despite the above, on Jewish and Christian holidays, the reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival without any cancellation fees; however, if canceled less than 7 days before arrival, the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the reservation amount.
A customer who is a person with a disability according to the definition in the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 and/or a customer who has reached the age of 65 and/or a customer who is a new immigrant (up to 5 years from the date they received an immigrant certificate or eligibility certificate as an immigrant) will be entitled to cancel the order within 4 months from the date of the order or from the date of receiving the transaction details, whichever is later, provided that the transaction included communication with the company, including digitally such as via email. Notwithstanding the above, it is clarified that, in any case, cancellation of the transaction will not be allowed less than 7 business days before the order date, except as specified in this cancellation policy.
If an order is placed and then canceled by the customer less than 14 days from the date of placing the order, and less than 7 business days before the scheduled hotel room booking, due to a medical reason preventing the mother or baby from being transferred to the hotel, the room booking will be canceled. The deposit, if paid, will be refunded to the customer, subject to a 100 NIS handling fee.
The refund for the order, in case of cancellation, will be issued as a credit to the credit card/payment method used to pay for the order.
